Entry Point 20 - Angleworm Lake

Angleworm Lake entry point allows overnight paddle only. This entry point is supported by Kawishiwi Ranger Station near the city of Ely, MN. The distance from ranger station to entry point is 18 miles. Access is a 640-rod portage to Angleworm Lake.

Thanks for the report. I did two trips into the Isabella/Quadga area before the fire - once in Island River and one into Little Isabella. It was a really nice area back then, I liked it. My brother and I went into Quadga and hiked some of the Pow Wow Trail. Really nice trip with few people and a remote feel.

Thanks for the report. I never knew it took that long to get to Bald Eagle. I have been looking at this route a few times over the years. Thanks for the information.
