Entry Point 38 - Sawbill Lake

Sawbill Lake entry point allows overnight paddle only. This entry point is supported by Tofte Ranger Station near the city of Tofte, MN. The distance from ranger station to entry point is 25 miles. Access is a boat landing at Sawbill Lake. This area was affected by blowdown in 1999.

Nice report. It's nice to see some fellow Sioux Falls people! (I grew up there) On my next trip all of my old team from Sioux Falls will be heading to Quetico in 2010.

I grew up in Edgerton and live in Sioux Center now.

I think going from few trees and lakes around here to tons of lakes and trees up there makes it all the better!
