Entry Point 30 - Lake One

Lake One entry point allows overnight paddle only. This entry point is supported by Kawishiwi Ranger Station near the city of Ely, MN. The distance from ranger station to entry point is 21 miles. Access is a canoe landing at Lake One.

Nice report. I felt the same about all the people I saw the first day. I saw 22 canoes the first day.

Yes that is a busy entry point, I did the same trip in June and there was not many people. I'm glad you son was Ok. Those steaks looked great. I was to bring the ribeyes for our trip and I remembered that they were still in the freezer on Lake Three, oh well.
