I enjoyed reading your trip report. We were in the same area last year in August and we had a lot of fun. I have to admire your menu planning - great meals, from soup to desert! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the nice comments! When I'm putting that stuff in, I always wonder if anyone really wants to read a play by play of what we did. Maybe someday I will get around to putting in all of our trips since 2000! I have two journals full of diary entries :-)

I enjoyed your Trip Report. I am glad your daughter's injury wasn't serious and she had a great time. Sounds like a great route. Thanks for posting.

Enjoyable read!

We made it to much of that area last year too. It's always interesting to hear another account. I've always just passed through Spoon lake and, have always considered it a very scenic lake. After reading your report, perhaps we'll make a point to camp there if we ever get back that way.

Thanks for taking the time to share your story.

I always enjoy reports that include kids! We have three of our own and I love seeing the trip through their eyes. Sounds like your daughter did great on her first loop trip.
