The band was outstanding again this year! The last few years, Kevin Callan has made a guest appearance with the band. This year Kevin's daughter Kyla stole the show from Kevin :-)

Dang, Kickin' myself for missing that show!

I was about to post my photos, but I think yours are better than mine, so maybe I will just look and see if I have anything a bit different. Thanks, Gary.

Jerry's shows this year were even better than in the past, I think. Highlights for me were "Leave No Trace", Kyla's performance of the song about canoeing with Daddy, and the haunting new song written with the Freemans, "This Quiet Place". I have already downloaded it on both my iPad and my computer (decided I could spend 99-cents twice--last of the big spenders!), but I really miss that wonderful sound of Ashley's beautiful string bass. What a rich, deep addition to the mix that made!

And ending each program with "The Water is Wide" was just perfect! We loved all three performances and we were so glad we were able to be there this year! It is the reason we still make the trip to Canoecopia. We got home last night shortly after midnight, and the glow still remains.

It was my first time seeing the band. Very impressive! Jerry is so comfortable up there and his sidekicks are so talented. Kyla is going to be quite the entertainer like her Dad. They make a very good pair. The show about their canoe trip together was a highlight for me also.

Kevin just posted the show on his YouTube video. It's great. I'm really going to try and get there next year. I'm a huge fan of Kevin.

Just got home! What a weekend! Here is the video of the Saturday performance of Kyla singing her song. She was definitely a hit. Runs in her family.

I got a little choked up listening to Kyla. I have some great memories tripping with my youngest girl. About a half dozen trips since she was 9. I hope she feels the same way Kyla does.!

Just watched the video with my girls. We all loved it and started talking about our past trips. My youngest said she is so excited about our daddy/daughter trip this year :)
