Even at $59 I considered it one of the best "bang for the buck" reels out there. Tried and proven as well. If I didn't already have three; I would jump on one.

Try E-bay, I got 2 6925 Lady Presidents for 32 bucks each. One size smaller than the 6930. My crappie fishing buddies have bought alot of them. Pflueger made a bunch of them and they didn't sell. They're pink but not day glo or anything and the fish don't seem to mind. Excellent reels.

Great Real no doubt. I have 3 so not in the market right now but would recommend them to anyone at the normal price, sale is even better and that is a new ridiculous price.

Do you like the 6930 or 6940 models better for all-around BWCA-type fishing (casting lures and jigs, trolling crankbaits). I've been looking to supplement my old (but still works great) Cardinal Agenda. Thx

I have several presidents and i like to troll with the 40 with 15lb braid with floro leader and cast with the 35 and 30 either 6 or 8lb floro or mono. IMO the best spinning reel for the price.

Picked up a few in each size for casting setups and ice setups. Great deal!
