This fishing opener I will be guiding my first trip on ep26. Hitting wood then passing thru hula and staying on good. Day 2 heading into hoist bay but not sure if I should take good creek and fish it or just walk the portage. We will mainly be targeting pike and pan fish. Also when we leave hoist and head back to good is it worth it to hit Indiana on the way back? We will be there the 13th thru the 15th of may and any fishing tips for wood, hula, good, or Indiana would be greatly appreciated! This will be my 10th trip into the bwca and most of my trips have been in fall and winter time on basswood, jackfish, and wood!

No not at all im going with 3 close friends of mine. 2 have never been and the other only once!

Can't help you with the fishing in that area but sounds like you will have some fun!
