Two good tips, 1. Fish the foam- I've always done well on windy/wavy days fishing the foam line as it comes around islands or ,like he was doing, below falls. 2. Back eddys - anywhere there is current ( even in lakes near inflow/outflow areas ) islands, humps, bays create eddys and hold fish.

It was quite a video, huh? Too bad it was too dark to film his climb out of there. I'm guessing it was hairier than Bigfoot. Hey, since it was Washington, maybe he bumped into Bigfoot!

Aaron Weibe is a hoot and a top-notch multi-species angler. If you haven't yet googled "Lake Trout Funk" I'd recommend doing so.

Wow what a pretty place.......I was sort of groovin on the music and the scenery. That young whippersnapper needs some real boots for a place like that and a tackle backpack. Those 10" smallies look like good bait to me ;-)

Or he could filet a side off one of those pike minnows and flop it out there........that would be a real bait. There are some honkin big fish there no doubt.

Well, we're perfectly aligned because I also don't know what I meant by "what else."

Well, that is a beautiful area...I guess I have heard of a Pike Minnow, but have never seen one. Hmmm, that walk out was probably interesting
