USFS issued permits to more than 143,000 people in 2015, about 10,000 more than the previous year.
Also from Oct 1- May 1 has been averaging 45,000-48,000 additional visitors. Self registration.

If it is like Mn. State Parks 2016 should of been little higher. State parks jumped like 30% after some down years.
