I would like to know if you Fisherman had better fishing with High or Low
water levels? Maybe it does not matter? I myself had better luck with higher water
levels.

I have not seen much change in fish location. However, I have been in the BW with big rains. The little rivulets running full, murky. Fishing bonanza! The murky, roiled, oxygenated water attracts everybody!! Toss in a jig, crank, spinnerbait, kitchen sink, just fish there!! I remember one day on Ensign( the day after the lake Agnes tornado, '83?)...couldn't see two feet in the roiled water. Killed them in a post front, calm day, less than five feet deep, in Sept. all the little rivulets were running full, and every one had bunches of fish. In those little microcosms, the right combo of food and opportunity.
