Yoke pads, for sure yes. 3rd seat, give them a call with your canoe model. I'm going to guess that they have a solution for you there, too.

There is a third seat that doubles a yoke. Yokes you may have to purchase. Third seat you should be able to rent. call ahead.

Canoegear has them for 84. I have used the yoke it is a decant yoke. You do need to slide the pads back and forth. They are located on the way up. Problem is getting there while there open.

You can pick those plastic egg holders pretty cheaply and they will pad your yolks pretty well.
