We had a spectacular trip last week! It was easily the best laker fishing I have ever had action wise. Spoons were best followed by swim baits.
Vertical jigging points was the go to. Lots of doubles!

Excellent! Looks like nice size trout, to boot. We had many doubles on Daniels over Memorial Day weekend, but they were all Daniels-sized (< 2 pound).

Those are some awesome looking trout. I love trolling spoons versus rapalas.

Points adjacent to sandy bays, 40-50 feet.

All the fish we cleaned were stuffed with 3-5" ciscoes. we could see ciscoes feeding on the surface too.
I was really hoping to get a bigger one. One point in particular seemed to hold smaller fish on one particular side.
