Here are more photos. About half of them suck. Don't know why. I became so frustrated that I stopped shooting after the first three days and only at the end did I shoot a few more photos so I'd have enough photos to get me through the winter. I caught an especially fat bass and used my SLR to photograph it three times, but the lens had slipped from autofocus mode to manual focus, so all three pics were blurred. Dang it! I'm always in such a hurry to get fish back into the water that I didn't check to see if I had one good image. I deleted the two worst photos and only kept one blurred image. Anyway, here are some bass, both clear and blurred. The last fish is a fine fish, dark and thick.
I will paddle eternal, Kevlar and carbon.

Mount a selfie stick via ball and socket RAM, set the camera timer and push it away from you and grab those nice fat bass and smile big ;-)"
Yeah, my experiment failed. Here's a fine bass ruined by something between the lens and fish. Next time, there will be a Molly and smile in the photo too!
I will paddle eternal, Kevlar and carbon.

quote QueticoMike: "Nice fish! Thanks for sharing. I just strap an ultra-pod onto my yoke and screw my digital 35mm onto it when I am solo taking pictures with a timer."
Yeah, that's what I'll do next time.
I will paddle eternal, Kevlar and carbon.
