Help pricing '88 Wenonah

An acquaintance has a 1988 Fisher Wenonah canoe. An early Kevlar model -14'. The hull is a little checked and would need to be refinished- due to weathering. The seats have been replaced with cane. The outside edge of the wooden Gunwales needs to be replaced. It is a project I would enjoy but not sure what to offer. Acquaintance trusts me to propose a fair offer.
