If you want the green or the red, that's a pretty decent deal. ( I have a couple of the green's)
It still cracks me up, though, that the other colors are so much more expensive. I get the law of supply and demand and everything, but when the green chair is $59.99, and the camo chair, or other solid colors, are exactly twice that much, I don't get it.

I'm 6'2" and about 250 lbs., and though I wish the seat was a few inches higher, they've held up for me on a few BWCA trips and about two dozen youth soccer games. They're more durable than they look. Believe it or not, if I remember correctly I think they're rated at 325 lbs.

I just ordered one of these.
Just curious (and a question) ... for those who use these chairs ... do you find it necessary to put something on the feet when you find you are placing your chair on turf rather than rock? I seem to remember a photo or two where people had placed mini tennis balls on the feet to avoid sinking in soft ground.
Thanks!

"If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs" chances are you missed something. (Inspired by Rudyard Kipling.)

I have 4 plastic golf balls with holes in them for each chair, (like "wiffle" golf balls), and with the golf balls I had I needed to drill a slightly larger hole in each so the legs of the chair would fit into them. These keep the legs from sinking into the ground, even soggy soil, and the golf balls fit easily into the carry bag that the chair comes with.
I've also read, (but not done myself), where some have taken two short pieces of PVC pipe, drilled holes into each end for the chair legs, and put two legs into each pipe for the same effect.
