Good eats. Off the beaten path a bit, so doubly delicious.

Very nice. I've been craving some fresh trout for a couple years now.

We went to Estes Park for our honeymoon in 2013 and I was very disappointed that none of the restaurants we went to were serving locally caught rainbows, and even though we were staying in a cabin with a kitchen, I don't think I could have convinced my wife to spend any time fishing.
