So, for my June solo next year I have the following in mind...
My wife has agreed to follow me to Williams and Hall (on Moose Lake) where I will leave my car. From there, she will drive me to and drop me off at Beaverhouse. From there, I will enjoy a leisurely 2 week paddle back to my vehicle @ Williams and Hall.

I flew from Williams and Hall to Beaverhouse and paddled back to moose in 12 days. If you want to read the article that was published about the trip in the USA Today travel section, just google " Michael Full Tour " and skip past the 5 Michael Jackson videos and you will find the story.

Did that trip in 2003 ... flew up to B'house from the Ely float plane base (with a stop off at Sandy Point (Crane Lake) for a Customs check.
Our 14 day trip (with several layover days) was close to the same as QueticoMike took, except we went from Chatterton to McDougall to Keats and turned south before reaching Kawnipi (where we'd been on a previous trip) and ran the Heronshaw, Cairn, Sark, Keefer, Kahshahpiwi, Side, Isabella route back to North Bay.

The Full Tour - does this look right QM?

Next summer I hope to help with adult supervision with a youth trip to Algonquin. My denomination encourages pastors to invest a week of time in camping ministry - we don't even have to use vacation to do it. Imagine being paid to do a canoe trip!
Later in August another couple, my wife, and I plan a base camping trip along the Chiniguchi River Waterway in Temagami (north eastern Ontario).
2019 - Woodland Caribou. I'm planning beyond just next year. Of course, everything depends upon my health holding up. When I was younger I just assumed that there would be another trip next year. Now I'm more presently aware that every next trip might be my last trip.

Great trip! Did BH to Kawnipi to Saganagons to Birch to Moose back in 2010. Big time bucket list trip for my son and me.
