This post really belongs in the Camping Recipe forum, but desperate times, and all that. I'm heading to the BWCA tomorrow, and, having been convinced that Ova Easy is the stuff breakfast dreams are made of, I've made it a staple of our breakfast program. The problem is, however, that I haven't found it in any stores in the twin cities, including REI.
Would those in the know please share where I can lay my hands on a stash of the stuff in the next 24 hours?
Thanks very much!

I did a quick Google search because I never heard of this product. It does come up as available through REI. The twin cities REI must be out. It also come up as available through Amazon. If you have a Prime account you can get next day shipping free. If it's too late in the day when you order, you can always pay for overnight shipping.
Good luck.

Thank you both! REI in Roseville now has some on hold for me. I was shut out at the Bloomington store yesterday, even though their computer showed that they had some on hand. I should have called around (and used my Prime account a little earlier).

quote Duckman: "I was going to ask if you were going in west side or east side. Sawtooth Outfitters in Tofte carries them."
That's good to know - thanks! We're doing the Lady Chain from Kawishiwi to Sawbill, so we'll swing right through Tofte.

Thanks Tominmpls and nctry. It's good to know where the product can be regularly found. The funny thing is, though, that I never cooked up the Ova Easy on our trip. We caught nice eating-sized walleyes while on Koma, which we had for breakfast with hashbrowns in lieu of eggs, and we did instant oatmeal on travelling days to simplify things. Ah, well.
