Sperry Chalet in Glacier National Park

Don't know how many of you have seen the Sperry Chalet in Glacier, but it is no more. Burned down last night in the Sprague Fire in Glacier National Park.

Sad. It was originally built in 1912. Great spot.

Thank you for posting this. My Wife and I have been to Glacier Park and this spot many times because the trail to this spot is one of the most scenic spots not only in the Park but anywhere. Very sad but nature takes it's course and we will continue to visit as often as we are able.
