      Frost river loop , great trip

Had a great trip doing a Frost river loop starting at Brant and finishing at Cross bay, seen moose, loons , eagles and lots of other wildlife and awesome scenery, took a newbie and she had awesome adventure.

Housty9 - how were the Frost water levels? Heading there in a week and I hope it stays high. Your photos look beautiful.

Housty9 - how were the Frost water levels? Heading there in a week and I hope it stays high. Your photos look beautiful."
Water levels were still up, no walking it, think there's like 25 to 28 beaver dams.

Thanks for the info. I'd heard there were loads of dams and 'unmarked'
portages.

What camps did you stay at?

Thanks for sharing the pictures. As I keep crossing areas off my list the Frost and Louse or a combo trip keeps moving closer to the top.

What camps did you stay at? " We stayed at whipped, bologna, and the sand beach at frost, all not to bad.

The site on Afton is pretty good. A gem of a trip.
