i've never submitted a trip report so can't help. i do post photos in other places on this site, though, without issue. have you tried adding your photos already upside down to see if they'd end up the correct way once the report is loaded? could be something in the code is miswritten or something.

bummer. i love reading all the trip reports whether they have photos or not.
you can post your photos in the photography forum :)

Okay bear with me I don't know the technical terms, but my pics used to do that until someone gave advice on here now all mine post fine.

Did you take them on a phone? That's the most common issue but it can happen with cameras as well. The camera or phone has a certain way that it has to be held, but they have software that allows you to view the picture the way you shot it. For example an iPhone's normal pic mode is holding it upright with the home button on the bottom I think that is called portrait mode. Anything taken at a different angle will show sideways or even possibly upside down. Some websites have the same software that the phone/camera does so on one website the pic looks fine on another it will be off.

To fix it just rotate the picture (any pic not in portrait mode) in your editor and re-save it. To you on your computer or phone it will look like you did not do anything but in actuality you over rode the software and saved it the way you intended it to look. Then post it on the website and it will look correct.
