I was talking over this game with some guys by the lake where we go after getting coffee. Consensus was, Bears are toast, the spread should be much higher than seven. Then I swear, right before the game started, I'm thinking, look at the shape of that football. You never know, that thing bounces in weird directions sometimes. Sure enough, the guy drops the punt, they block a field goal and bring it back to... They should have got a TD on the next play anyway. Weird game. Two out of three have been entertaining till the end. That's the NFL. That's why we watch it. Crazy sport. Beat the Pack and all is good in the world.

One other thing, on the sports TV show today, they showed a tweet made earlier in the season by Cooper, the guy who stopped at the one yard line with the blocked field goal and pumpkin in his arms that would have put the Bears up 21-7.
