The Zipper on my
Yeti hopper broke after a couple years of some pretty rough outdoor fun. I called yeti, and I must say they treated me great. They had me send some pics of the zipper, and informed me they would send me a new cooler the next day. I do have to ship the old cooler back, which is no big deal. They even supplied the return label. I know they are expensive, but what great customer service.
