I collect old fishing magazine covers for the artwork. My "1909 vdb" is the June 1938 cover of Sports Afield. I framed it even though it's got a shipping label because it's hard to find. I finally found an unlabeled replacement and I don't need two covers, so I'm willing to give this one to someone. I'll even pay for shipping. Just pay it forward. I will not be shipping the frame as it'll frame the current cover's replacement, but you can go to a crafts store and buy a standard frame with matting for about $20. As you can see, it's a friggin' cool cover, which is why it's collected. Who wants it? BTW, the piece of tape that shows in the photo isn't attached to the cover. It detached and slid down into the center of the cover. Only the shipping label mars the image.

It's yours, JBC. Hope you love it. I've enjoyed it for about two decades. I'll mail it as soon as the replacement arrives. The cleaner cover is in transit, so it shouldn't take long. Look for an email from me. I wasn't necessarily intending for a Pay it Forward here at bwca, but that's fine. Anywhere else would also be fine. You could simply buy coffee for a stranger if that works for you.

OK.
I have 2 alcohol burners.
1 is a soda can style. It has no adjustment and just burns until the fuel is out. You can make a pot stand out of hardware cloth.
The other has an air flow adjustment. You can use that to adjust how fast the stove burns. It also has a built in pot stand.
Whoever wants these, just post up and I'll get them out in the mail.
