Lake Maps is the name brand. Anyone know where I can purchase these detailed depth contours maps? They are waterproof, on an 11"x 7" plastic sheet. Looking for Fall Lake, Newton & Pipestone Bay, in particular. I have one of Brule Lake/No-So Temperance Lakes (#11303) and it's been some time ago. I've forgotten where I purchased it. Online or in-store purchase?

The only places I see these are at bait stores, and sports shows they usually have a booth that sells them. I used to like these maps. The ink had a tendency to smudge though.
Now that I have a Navionics chip in my depth finder and a GPS with a navigation chip I doubt I will ever by another map. My gps chip covers the USA, and the depth finder chip covers just about every lake in the USA and Canada.

Saw some at Canadian waters in Ely a while back - but limited. I will ask the Ely daughter-in law - see what she knows - or maybe TOG will answer.

Thanks. Then, it was an in-store purchase. The backside still has the price sticker, tho very faded. I can make out UPC & "$3.50, Red Rock/Northwind L". Lots of details on 'em for fisherman without electronics getting familiar with a specific lake.

Those maps are great. But, like you I have checked around on the internet etc...and the only time I have ever seen them is in the local stores when I am in the BWCA. If anyone finds a way to buy them "remotely" I would love to know about it.

Try voyageur North Outfitters in Ely Minnesota. I believe that a buddy of mine bought one of Pipestone Bay last this past fall. I want to think that it was a three card set of Basswood Lake.

Good news. Thanks.
Edit: Yep. They have'em in stock. Will have to stop by in June when I visit Ely.

I’ve seen them at Fleet Farm, Walmart, Cabelas and other outdoors stores. Try your local bait and tackle stores.
