I've made these before:

Peanut butter protein cookies (makes 12):
1c creamy peanut butter
2/3c brown sugar
1 egg
1/2c vanilla protein powder

Mix everything together. Roll dough into balls and smash on baking sheet with fork in criss-cross pattern. Bake @350 for 10-12 min. Let cool for 10-15 min.

190cal per cookie: 17g carbs, 11g fat, 8g protein.

They taste alright, but just add a little protein to an otherwise fatty/sugary snack. If I'm seriously loading on protein for a post-workout recovery, I'll make a shake using a lot more: (3/4c of protein powder = 18cookies worth!).

Hey, thanks Kevin! I was doing some research using powdered skim milk (casein protein) vs. Whey. Some recipes suggest using Whey powder as a substitute for 1/3 of the flour.

Lots of times, my wife is a food scientist by trade, not kidding. She’s always trying new recipes on me. I’ve had bars, cookies, and hundreds of smoothies. Look at the ingredients on other proteins, lots of things in there I can’t pronounce. BiPro has two things in it, pure protein and something so it does not cake. It is so pure that athletes use it because it has the NSF certification so they can pass their drug tests. If you take protein you should look into this.
