We have had the pleasure of logging many long trips in the BWCA. We enjoy a challenge, usually traveling 50 to 70 miles in a trip. We have done Crooked, Stuart, Saganaga and many others. Just wondering if there are any suggestions from the group.

Thanks

Dave

It would require a shuttle, but if you wanted to stay in the BW, you could always do the border route from west to east (or vice versa).

Have you given any thought to Quetico?

Both are great ideas, thanks. Ice-out may play a part in the decission as we are planning a mid May trip.

I enjoyed my 2016 trip through Kawishiwi Lake EP #37 (see trip report for some details), a loop which went to Malberg, Fishdance, Alice, Thomas, Cap, Boulder, Adams, and back through Polly to Kawishiwi Lake exit.
