Happy new year to the great folk that post here. -9 in Kewaunee Wi this AM. I have a batch of sticky buns rising for my bride of 43 years (some days 143 years :-) ). Anybody remember the year 2000 and wondering if the world would stop spinning when all the computers crashed?
Made our reservation for a cabin in the UP in May. Maybe a yurt around the 4th of July that we visited for the first time last year (had the lake to ourselves the entire time). In the fall looking at the Current River, Upper Iowa, or Kickapoo River. Probably Boundary waters around the last week in July.
Gotta do this stuff before the warranty runs out
Days are getting longer now anyway.

Kind of funny to say stay cool in the winter to a Minnesotan. Haha.

Wel” made it to the new year. Another surgery scheduled for the 25th of this month, number 7. Hope this will be the last one. Don’t think they can fix anything else.
I’ll drop in once in awhile and give ya up dates.
