Maybe obscure, but I'll toss in clues if it doesn't pan out. For starters: Coming onto a small lake in a PMA west of Little Saganaga. Portages not maintained, of course, but the lake has a go-through route (two accesses). No campsite that I know of. View looking roughly west.

Never made it to Makwa, but had intended to one trip. I recall there was a cliff that Dave Seaton told me about, so how about Makwa, Ojibway for "Bear"

Since Leg was already guessed I'll go with Cookoosh.

This should finish it off: the guesses have it bracketed.

I'll guess Image Lake.

Minnesotian got it. Image can be accessed from Leg (HS was real close, right off the bat), and there is some route out of Image to Horsefish, Pace, Amimi, Mayway, Hoe to the southwest. Here is a pic on the creek between Image and Horsefish... some floating, some carrying.
