Tony is correct! The video was taken right after we crossed the height of land portage and the picture was the first campsite down. The campsite was really damaged by the blow down in 2016. Many downed trees. Beautiful lake though.
Ozarkpaddler was very close this morning.

I knew that view looked familiar. My buddy wants to paddle small lakes this June but you'all are making me long for the border lake route!

Looks like a great lake to paddle for the upcoming season.

I thought that high hill in the distance looked like the cliffs over Rose Lake. I will have to look for up another picture of a lake and post it in the morning.

Yes I didn't think it would take long after I posted that photo. The cliffs over Rose in the distance give it away.
OzarkPaddler-If you get up that way be sure to check out North as well. Outside of the bwca but beautiful.
