If I went in on a EP 55 permit (Saganaga) from Gull lake outside of the BWCA, would that violate any rules?

I'd be going from Gull to Saganaga, and continuing through Saganaga.

As far as I can tell, it does not, but I'd like to double check.

I don't know, but a call to the USFS office should get you a definitive answer.
