A long time to deal with such a cruel disease.

He has his answer by now....as all of us eventually will.

Guys like him and Einstein just lived in a different dimension. There was a movie about the early nasa program and the black ladies (Called computers) who worked up the math to make those flights work...we observers take it all for granted.

Should we pretend to understand it too? ;-)

Heaven for Stephen Hawking would be the life the rest of us have already led, i.e. simply walking and talking.

True... Having to be totally dependent for all those years... can't even scratch the itch.

He will be greatly missed in the world, a brilliant man.

And just last week he told the world that he knew what happened before the big bang. He was an unbelievably interesting man.

Thanks Stephen, even if I hardly understood!

He will be sorely missed... It is ironic how so many people that couldn't hold a candle to his intelligence and ability to put things together will completely denounce all he said and stood for...

I saw it this morning and was saddened by it. A great mind and a powerful voice has left us. He was just good for science on so many levels. I am glad to have had him as long as we did.

I listened to it while commuting to work. In fact, I listened to it two or three times, hoping I would understand more by repetition. Anyway, it wasn't enough and I gave up.

It's beyond me too, but it sure looked impressive on my coffee table for a few months. I wonder if any visitors actually believed I could understand it.
