I love the normal zulus. But I've also heard that you catch big fish with big lures.

Has anyone tried these big zulus? They are made with the same material as normal zulus.

I never used one before, but the StreakZ XL at 8 inches probably would work better for up there comparably. I have used the XL. Thought for sure I was going to catch monsters with it when I first used it. The first fish was a 14 inch smallmouth. I did manage to catch a few big ones with the XL, but I determined I catch more with the standard 5 inch version StreakZ or ShadZ.

Check out the Hogy lures website.......similar style lure. Hogy stuff is first class.

Good for you for thinking outside the box, there is nothing more satisfying in fishing than doing your own thing and having it pay off big time.
