Anyone stay here before? Is the fishing any good there early June? That whole bay looks moosey to me.

I have heard of great walleye fishing there early in the spring. I have been there a couple of times later in the year and nothing. Water is not deep enough for any fish of size. All the water in that finger of Kawnipi comes out of the Cache. The Cache is a long green puddle of stinky water. You will need to paddle down to the main part of Kawnipi to get water clean enough to drink.
