The Prospector model built by the Chestnut Canoe Co. were made in lengths filling a need for a conoe with greater carrying capacity but not as large as the Freight canoes. This model is a sweet shape with a flattened shallow arch bottom and full ends. Stable, stron and a good load carrier. If you looking for a canoe in the 15' range with good all round paddling characteristics, this might be what you are looking for.

No offense to the person selling the forms.
That canoe is not a solo canoe. It's too wide, too deep, and the full ends means it is wide at the ends. You want find a canoe that is designed to be a solo.
