I am going in the 1st through the 9th and am fishing the kawishiwi river area and I have a number of rainbows and a few shiners salted I was going to bring with but with this weather warming things up really quick how well do you think the salted minnows will get them to bite? I have had real good luck with them in the past but has always been when the water temp is much cooler than what it will be this year. Thanks

i only have brought salted minnows in a few times, early in the year...they caught fish but can get funky in a hurry if it is warm, etc.
Bring leeches, they are hardy if you keep them in fresh water and work good on everything from jigs to slip bob's...
