Hello everyone. Long time reader, first time submitter. First of all thanks to everyone for the crazy amount of great information on this website. For this reason I've been able to take my family and other friends on several bdup trips the last 3-4 years. My question: Heading out of ep14 June 21-24. Was hoping to get the site on fat lake and try to check something off the bucket list. (catch a lake trout) Upon further investigating it seems like the fishing around fat lake or nearby lakes for other species may not be the best?? Would heading towards Oyster area be a better option?? I'd rather have better fishing the whole trip than head to Fat lake and not have a real good chance at catching some eyes. Thanks in advance.

Taken many trips from both 14 and 16. Fishing has always been a top priority for my groups. Happy to share what I know- feel free to email me. I've been to Fat several times and it's one of my favorites.

I would also be keen to hear what the fishing is like on and around Oyster through EP16. Any tips?
