I did it about ten years ago. Water was very high. I was solo in a bell Yellowstone. You might not make it to a real campsite or even solid ground for a campsite. My only trip report mentions this trip. It recall someone else on this site doing this creek.

The trip report by Porkeater may provide you with some information. I remember reading it last year.

Pork eaters report make it sound like a cake walk, I went in mid October ,rain, tempts in the thirties. Miserable but great at the same time. It’s a bwca thing, based on his report and mine give it a shot if the water is high, otherwise expect some dragging canoes though mid. Easily the most wild section of bwca I’ve been in.

Mark, maybe that's why it's called Spring Creek... Water levels are best in the spring. Haha. I'd think if any year you'd have good water levels it would be this year. I should connect you with Chuck from Spring Creek Outfitters... Now spring Creek manufacturing... He was bought out... But that is the creek their company was named for. His dad and group did that trip every year.
