The downside is, it would muffle the sound of the brats sizzling. I'd miss that!

Hopefully that was a low grade stainless steel muffler and not galvanized the Zink can make some people very sick.

Yeah, with all the aweful chemicals that have either passed through that muffler or splashed up onto it in years of driving....I think I'll pass.
