A Subaru with a canoe rack. That narrows it down to.......about half of the members

But it is the faster Red Subaru, probably too much blur to capture the license plate.

I saw one pulling out of the Fall Lake Campground Office parking on August 10th as I was pulling in. Black pickup with camo trim, (no picture).
