Anyone know off hand what the torso size is for the CCS Hybrid Packs? It says short torso models are also available, but never mentions what the torso size is for the regular or short torso models is. My assumption is the regular is 18-21"?

I have the 'regular'. At 6'2" with a 21 inch torso it feels about right for me, and the 5'7" wife can use it well enough.

I have a ULA Catalyst, Torso sized Medium for my 19" torso as measured per ULA's video instruction. My Pioneer Pack with standard torso fits perfectly and remains comfortable for an entire portage. Unlikely I'll ever carry it as far as my Catalyst but, for the distances I carry the Pioneer Pack, it feels custom made for me.

The short torso is 2 inches shorter.

I contacted them via website, they said the regular torso is 16” and the 14”. Seems like regular would work for vast majority of people.

Hopefully this helps someone doing a search in the future.

I got a pioneer short torso to have for younger paddlers. But haven't really needed it. No one seems to know the difference.
