Nice report, it's always great taking kids, and looks like you'll have a lot of photographic memories.

I took two of my three this past July, we went through Red Rock, Alpine, then down to Jasper, Kingfisher and Ogish, before turning back around and going out through Alpine and Seagull, so we had close to the same itinerary as yours. I've always liked Red Rock lake, but can't tell you exactly why.

I love Seagull Outfitters, stayed in their bunkhouse a number of times, but I will admit the mattresses are pretty thin, and I'm a big guy. I've learned to pile one or two extra unused mattresses on top of the one in my bunk, making them two or three times thicker, that seems to help.

Yeah, I should have done that with the mattresses too. It would have helped the sheet stay on better, that's all we used because it was so hot. There were extras.... Ah well, next time.

Me and a couple buddies went to Thunder Point on Knife via Seagull to Eddy and back up the border on our first trip. Nice lakes back in there, hopefully I'll get a chance to explore around there in the future. There's something I especially like about border trips.
