Just finished making these two Prusik Loop clips from some scrap Ti in the shop. Ever since I watched the YouTube by Hoop featuring CCS's Ridgeline Bag I wanted to go that route with my new tarp. Everything else will be secured with knots but I thought that these two pieces of hardware would make sense. I also liked his use of hairbands for securing the guylines when they're gathered up but I went with six inch long pieces of 1" Velcro that are tied into the loop of each bowline. Like anything, we'll see when it actually get used!

Nicely done.

I have something similar of Dutch's on all my ridgeline setups - absent the pride of DIY!

Very cool. I also use Dutch hardware on one end of my ridgeline and on the prussik knots, and it is very effective. I love the simplicity of re positioning and tightening your tarp.

Great job.

Funny, even though I started going to the BW's 55 years ago, I really have no experience with tarps. This forum and the experiences of others are always a big help when you try something a little different.

Nice, I use small s-biners on mine. You will like the ridgeline set up, especially if doing it solo and/or in the wind. I have found the Siberian Hitch to be a good knot for the anchor. If you don't know, just look it up on the 'net. Lots on YouTube.

those are nice, and it's fun to be creative.
Once you get your ridge line dialed in, I love the Tato tarp connectors for centering the tarp where you want it. These are great:

Got the Siberian Hitch down. Seems to be one that is easier once you stop thinking about it.

:) Ha! Once I finally figured out how to tie it, I couldn't figure out what took me so long . . .
