Anyone been into Stub Lake near the Fall Lake campground recently? Is it worth the hike over there and should I bring my canoe and fishing pole?

I canoed in there from Fall lake last year, in June, via creek.
Nice little trip & pretty lake.
Trolled a Rapala across it twice, with no bites.
Saw a pair of swans.
Did'nt have time to fish it more than that.
Good luck.

I've hiked there while camping at Fall Lake campground a number of times. It's a nice little walk in the woods, but I can't imagine (personally) bringing a canoe in. If you beach your canoe at the Fall Lake campground just hike the trail and take a look, nice little observation seating there.
