Again I was trying different things with my jello-mold pan and made this. I lined the pan with pizza crust dough then filled it with sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, and cheese, pulled the crust together, pinched it together to seal it and baked it.

That looks great. Did you have any issues with over cooking the bottom of the calzone???

This was a rainy day kitchen experiment and I used my MSR Dragonfly Stove. I had it on a lower burn so it didn't see to take that much fuel. I think it would work just fine on the fire grate as other Jello-mold recipes do.
When I practice, even though I'm in the kitchen, I only use what I would have when I trip. Flexible cutting board to roll out dough with a water bottle and so on.
