Mini-wing gathering at Trail Center tonight. here's a few friendly faces: Suncatcher, Spartan1, Boppa, Spartan2, Byron D HansEn.

others that were there: Georgeleslie, Carlton1812 and Mrs., Mooseplums and Mrs, and their kids Rhiannon and Laurelin, Bruceye and mocha.

sunny took plenty of video footage which needs LOTS of editing!

And the owner, Sarah gave all in attendance a coupon for one packet of her very own camp chow camping food. Being new here, it was a real treat to meet some of the members, I look forward to more of the same.

Suncatcher and his friend Byron stopped by on their way up the Gunflint since we only live a few hundred yards off the trail. We hope others will do the same in the future. Adding to that, we always have an open bed and shower for those that might need one before or after their trip, especially after! Just email us, the door is always open, the beer cold, the coffee hot, and when Lesley is home, (she is in New Zealand now), the food good!

We always have time and money for what's important to us

It was great fun to see all of you folks last night.

Our 13 days in MN have been terrific & the best is yet to come!

We had a great cabin week at Rockwood with our granddaughter, took a trip to see the "home" of Wild Country Maple Syrup, and so far we've seen the dfollowing bwca.com members: serenityseeker, merganser, Boppa and family, mort, Carlton1812 (& Magellan), georgelesley, boppa(again), Suncatcher (and friend Byron), drought, Mooseplums(& family), bruceye, and mocha.

Wednesday we leave with Hoho and David on our canoe trip out of Sawbill.

Life is good. Will post photos when we return.

Heck of an invite would be great to meet you guys. Don't be surprised if Diva and I show up knockin on your door. Besides between you me and Sunny we could be brothers.

You should try to make Wingnight at the end of the month. You can meet a bunch of great people.

Very cool. It sounds like everyone had fun. When I first your post, I was lamenting the fact that didn't get my Trail Center fix this year, but then remembered I had in May. Age, or does one need multiple Trail Center fixes in a year to be complete?

Plums, I was just there with Mocha and Bob a couple of weeks prior.

Had breakfast & dinner at the trail center in one day.

Mocha: Thanks for your suggestions especially for the Chik-Wauk Museum and grounds. They were perfect.

By the way, what’s in that coffee served at the lodge? My parents who have been married for over 52 years were acting like frisky teenagers Monday night. How embarrassing, I had to go bed early. : )
