Made it out alive a nd covered in soot! Trip report will follow later this week :)

Yes we did! :) got home Friday midafternoon, then of course, we had to go grocery shopping, so I only got about 2 hours of sleep before having to work tonight... but... we're home!!

I've enjoyed watching Part 1. Quite an adventure. I appreciate your efforts to put these videos together. Very informative and fun to view.
I set a goal of losing 10 lbs. this year. I only have 15 left to lose.

Finally got parts II and III up if you haven't seen them! Sorry for such a delay, my video editing program stopped working on my computer... BOOOO!

Looking forward to winter already! :)
We had a tough time our first winter trip with starting a fire on the ice. Our friend, Joe kept trying and finally we realized to build the wood base. And then we had a great fire in below zero weather. Not sure if it was the camp toddy that kept us warm or the fire, but either way, the fish didn't bite.
We snowshoed via Wood on our second trip, but we went to Good Lake. Then you can day trip to Basswood and catch Northerns! :)
