Heading up this weekend for my honeymoon. Want to spend a couple of nights in north/lost bays and then bump around the rest of the week. Any ideas for good fishing this time of the year and sites would be appreciated. QueticoMike gave me some ideas and I will be taking some zulus:)
The Mrs. is very worried about sites with 'no bugs'. I know, but which are better and less 'buggy'?

Topwater lures and plastics that resemble crayfish should work well and my old standby the prerigged rubber worm. ~JOE~

I love site 13A - put tent out on point - usually enough air movement that it's less buggy than most. Seems there are a few other south point sites in North Bay that would be above average for fewer bugs.

Yes. NE corner of North Bay - just west of the passage to South - actually second site west of inlet - on the point.
