B & B near French Lake entry

The Atikokan C of C lists Paddler's Rest B & B as being 25 km east of Atikokan, and their web site states that you can not only stay there, but also paddle directly into the Quetico, presumably at French Lake. Anyone familiar with this lodging site? How long to French Lake and any portages? Map suggests it should only take a couple of hours.
