Sumthin' sounds fishy. I'd be pissed too. The person handling the money and sending out orders should relieve him/herself.

I'm more pissed about being ignored than not getting the stuff yet and it's not really time sensitive

If it's not too late, stop payment. That may bring them out of hibernation.

Usually something ordered from Canada does take longer.

I've gotten lots of stuff from Canada thru ebay and it hasn't taken that long to get it thru the mail. In fact they have been quicker then the USPS at times. So I would be calling them or emailing them again and if no response do a stop payment on your order.

keep us updated on this if you would Bob...bad service like this should be communicated to others who may use it....

I have ordered in the past and really had no problems.

I figured maybe the Friends of Quetico website contact form was not working correctly and maybe they were not getting their email so I searched for an alternative email address and sent a note mentioning this message thread and I got the reply below.

I do know they are a excellent group of which much of it is voluntary,and profits go back into maintaining Quetico.
